Project Manager北京 Job Description
This role is responsiblefor leading a project team in delivering a solution to customer using theappropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the projectaccording to the project charter, project agreement or contract. They haveoverall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, andcontractual deliverable, which includes applying techniques for planning,tracking, change control, and risk management. They are responsible formanaging all project resources, dealing with external and internalstakeholders, manage client expectation and satisfaction.
Key project types this roleneeds to manage include: 1. Manage projects indevelopment, test, deployment, etc. 2. Work with WWstakeholders, function managers, business leaders, and technical leaders tomanage projects and track the project deliverables. 3. Coordinate legal,business or resource requirements. 4. Pro-actively monitor andcontrol projects changes and risks, direct compliance to project managementstandards, processes, tools and techniques throughout the organization 5. Communicate with WWstakeholders or business teams to finalize project plans and drive theapproval. 6. Provide project statusupdate and report to the senior management team and related stakeholders. 7. Help enhance PM skillsof the other project leaders.
Required Expertise
Bachelor's Degree or above Minimum: 5 years ITexperience and 3 years Project Management experience Experience in management ofnumerous internal/external stakeholders with competing interests Must exhibit excellent oraland written communication, and strong leadership, project management, andteamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levelsof management English: Fluent incommunication, reading and writing PMP certification is anadvantage yes'> situations on time.
