Job Description

At least 5 years of workingexperience including 3 years in consulting, service delivery or projectmanagement

Knowledge in digitalsolutions, IT infrastructure(server/storage/network/system/software)consulting, design and implementation

Applied knowledge ofProject Management and Office tools Experience in a process driven environment

Good knowledge of projectmanagement methodologies and tools Demonstrated project management skills in acomplex environment

Excellent inter personalskills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level attentionto detail

Ability to quickly assimilatetechnical and non-technical information Problem solving skills

Lateral thinking

Act as the single point ofcontact for nominated interaction between client and delivery team, Act asPrimary Contact for the project and perform the required Management activitiesin compliance with agreed standards and processes. These activities includescope management, cost management, time management, etc.Agree on requirements,deliverables, target dates, cost and 3rd party dependencies. Change Managementof Client requirements/scope for the project. Manage impact of changes to theproject and Priorities on the delivery organization. Reporting &Tracking of project progressFacilitation and coordination of timely delivery ofall project components, work products and deliverables. Work with delivery orproject team to obtain nay release schedule data required to assist in thescheduling and management of the project. Escalation of project related RAID(Risk Action Issue Dependency) items where appropriate to IBM Management,Client, delivery hierarchy and 3rd parties.
