    leading team to grow the software business in Huawei and achieve annual/quarterly biz targets
    lead to define and execute account strategy
    Interface and develop synergy with client team in account strategy and execution plan
    Maintain well customer relationship and coverage to explore biz
    Drive industrial solution plays to grow
    Manage and develop people
    Collaborate with cross brand team to drive balanced software portfolio in territory

100% following business conduct and business practice


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

    Good software industry knowledge
    Strong market and client insight, family with Huawei
    Strategic thinking
    People management skill as role model
    Strong communication skill within complex matrix environment
    Account and territory planning and management
