Job Description
•Digital Sales Commercial Leader leads the sales execution for the Digital Business Group across the various roles supporting the Commercial Segment. Responsible for end-to-end execution with both S&D client coverage (Top Accounts and Remote MNCs) and Business Unit Specialists (across all client types,) this leader provides the in-quarter execution focus within the Markets. Leverage of the Marketplace Hubs and replication of Digital selling best practices are also core responsibilities.
This leader provides visibility to the 4IAB(4 in a box: S&D sales, Digital Sales, GBP and Marketing) leadership team of gaps (offerings, pipeline, BP capacity, etc.) and root cause analysis for corrective action.
Eligibility Requirements
Drive the operational sales execution for the Commercial business as part of the 4IAB model.
Develop the Digital Sales business plan and drive the digital tools and seller best practices.
Ensure adequate Digital Business Unit sales resource is in place to support each Buyer Group (Top Accounts, Remote MNCs and Seed Accounts).
Be responsible for opportunity identification, execution, and quarterly budget attainment
