JobDescription

This is Project Manager of one complex large-scale projects.
Act as the single point of contact for nominated interaction between client anddelivery team
Act as Primary Contact for the project and perform the required Managementactivities in compliance with agreed standards and processes. These activitiesinclude scope management, cost management, time management, etc.
Agree on requirements, deliverables, target dates, cost and 3rd partydependencies
Change Management of Client requirements/scope for the project
Manage impact of changes to the project and Priorities on the deliveryorganization
Reporting & Tracking of project progress
Facilitation and coordination of timely delivery of all project components,work products and deliverables
Work with delivery or project team to obtain nay release schedule data requiredto assist in the scheduling and management of the project.
Escalation of project related RAID (Risk Action Issue Dependency) items whereappropriate to IBM Management, Client, delivery hierarchy and 3rd parties
Other related activities:
Schedule, chair meetings and prepare minutes from each meeting including projectKickoff
Provide Client required project reporting as specified by the PDR (ProjectDefinition Report)
Provide IBM internal project status reports as required for the project
Overall project planning & scheduling
Establish the Project Management System/methodology which will be utilized tocontrol the Transformation project and all subprojects including Governance,Processes, Controls, Standards, and Spporting Tools which will be utilized
Manage & control the overall Transformation project including costs,schedule, deliverables, changes, risks, issues and communication of progressreporting to the Client & IBM

Required Expertise

At least 8 years of working experience in IT industry including 3~5 years inproject management
Knowledge in IT infrastructure(server/storage/network/system/software)consulting, design and implementation
Applied knowledge of Project Management and Office tools
Experience in a process driven environment
Good knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Demonstrated project management skills in a complex environment
Excellent inter personal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level attention to detail
Ability to quickly assimilate technical and non-technical information
Problem solving skills
Lateral thinking


Preferred Expertise

Desire to continuously improve Project Management skill
Self-confident with Can-do Attitude
Be proactive and flexible in the approach to work
PMP certificate is a plus
