Job Description
The position would be expert level, be responsible for
- Build up the operation team to support rollout of our software
- Responsible for deployment, trouble shooting, help desk, issue tracking
- Survey the customer feedback regularly
- Provide the professional report by health check
Job Qualifications
- Expert in Monitor System and ITSM domain.
- Experiences the operation process for global account.
- 10+ years professional work experiences.
- ITIL foundation Certification is Must
- ITIL V3 Master Certification is plus
- Strong the communication skills
- Good Team work
