Job Description
The position would be expert level, be responsible for
-Steer the customer requirement; control the whole direction and principle of ITSM consulting solution.
-Design the whole, high level consulting ITSM solution
-Lead and guide the consultants to the same goal
-Communicate and present consulting solution to high level leader of customer.
-Support the delivery of ITSM consulting project.
-Improve the capability and growth of ITSM team.
Job Qualifications
-Expert the IT operation process, including the high level processes, such as capability, availability, service level, continuity management.
-Expert in Monitor System and ITSM domain, including the popular tools.
-Rich ITSM consulting experiences.
-10+ years professional work experiences is MUST, 15+ years is preferable.
-ITIL foundation Certification is MUST
-ITIL V3 Master Certification and experiences of IT department manager is preferable
-Strong the communication skills
-Rich data center operation, maintenance, management experiences is preferable.
-Good Team work and leadership skill |
