Job Description

Business Development

• Liaise with customers on supply chain business
• Program set up for new and strategic global customers
• Participate in client meetings as part of team to serve and acquire customers
• Work with customers to prepare, organize and deliver supplier, vendor seminars, trainings & workshops
• Work with marketing team to prepare, organize and deliver marketing materials for public trade shows and marketing events
• Provide solutions and answers to client enquiries on new services
• Work with Product development/Operation team with program specific documentations relating to new or strategic accounts
• Build clients loyalty through routine client meetings with new market updates
• Report market updates and customer feedback on new programs to management and program development team for continuous improvement
• Handle customer business enquires
  

Business Support & Quality Enhancement

• Work with the overseas BD teams to develop new business and customers
• Prepare and update marketing materials on existing/new products
• Provide business support and recommendation to customers based on their requirements
• Pricing guidance to local selling offices within the region
  

• Regular review with Product development/Operation team to ensure marketing information are up to date
• Conduct and organize Internal training to BD team, ensuring readiness of new service and program rules
• Ensure Business Development documents for new products are available on system for Global Network
• Ensure Pricing documents for new products are on system and control the document distribution
• Work closely with Customer Service & certification team to assure the quality level of service deliver to customer and work quality
• Client interface through regular meetings to support account management activities
  

Position requirements

• College’s degree
• Over 2 years experiences in business development
• Fluent English skill in writing, listening and spoken
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Team work spirit
• Customer focus mindset
• Supply Chain Management business related background is preferred
• Willing to work under pressure
• Willing to travel in China
