Junior Research Analyst – Business Technology Office

Job Description                     

. Knowledge professional based in Shanghai, focusing on business technology topics (e.g. IT infrastructure, IT applications, IT spending, IT operation, industry specific IT topics, IT and business process outsourcing and off-shoring, etc)

. Support client studies on remote or on-site basis by articulating, scoping, and prioritizing research work based on business requirements.

. Work closely with consultants in local client studies as “thought partner” with domain expertise.

. Analyze relevant information and documents and develop synthesized opinions within tight deadlines, via end products in the form of single exhibits, written summaries, basic fact packs, or spreadsheets.

Academic

. Bachelor/Master degree in engineering or science from tier-1 universities

Working Experience and domain knowledge

. 0-3 years experience in renowned IT companies or in-house IT department of large enterprises

. Solid understanding of IT concepts and terminology and the business implication of IT issues

Soft Skills

. Excellent communication skills (English and Chinese)

. Details and result oriented with perseverance

. Comfortable with customer facing and work efficiently under pressure

. A team player

. Skilled in MS Office and other computer operation
