Microsoft Active Directory based account and access management via IAM Portal, deal with infra calls and service orders within agreed SLA. The task includes but not limited to account provisioning/de-provisioning, groups management, provide tier 2 support to frontline teams like helpdesk.
Service catalogue management and support, which includes new service design, build up; maintenance of existing services and improvement of the service catalogue process.
