Responsibilities: Mainly responsible for Managed Service (MS) and Professional Service (PS) project rollout Work with BDM for the feasibility studies on PC/Network outsourcing projects initiation. Projects initiating and planning, lead project teams during implementation of MS/PS solution Lead the cross functional teams that ensures implementation from service marketing, technical center, channel, parts and operations. Audit and monitor on service delivery, cost and quality Customer needs dig-out and relationship management Develop and implement project management process to ensure a successful service smoothly delivery in accordance with the defined SLA Building-up effective team relationships with all cross functional teams for driving successful project completion Act as an lenovo focal point for the customer relative to both business and technical escalations for OS CUSTOMERS

Qualifications:

Would interface and work with other groups/ individuals, and can motivate and achieve results through others Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced and demanding environment Good communication and presentation skills, and strong planning and priority-setting abilities Broad knowledge of the IT MS & PS technologies /services categories At least 5 year IT service project delivery & 3 year MS project management experiences Proven IT services project management knowledge, with PMP and ITIL certifications Bachelor degree/equivalent; MBA Preferred Good communication skills Good command in English language, spoken and written
