a key position in managing technical support daily activities.
Major responsibilities :
call volume forecast, headcount planning, MOD process development, weekly resources planning and daily real-time resources allocation.
requirements:
.Bachelor degree/equivalent; MBA preferred
.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
.Proven Background in Services Operations or related fields
.Proven ability to build a performing (virtual) team and manage the team in fast paced environment
