The version 2.0.2 beta of iTop is now available, don’t hesitate to download and test it.

Even though this maintenance release is already quite stable, keep in mind that it is still beta quality and is not recommended for production purposes.
What’s new in 2.0.2 beta?Version 2.0.2 is a maintenance release of iTop, with quite a few bug fixes, but there are also a few new features:
Enhancements to the iTop portal
The improved portal brings in a new, cleaner, and more professional look for your end-users and customers accessing iTop through the portal. By popular demand we’ve also added support for Incident tickets inside the portal (not enabled by default, have a look at the README file for more info) Of course you can always use your own stylesheet to adjust the look of the portal to your own branding.
Forgot your password?
A new link, at the bottom of the login form, allows end-users to ask for a password reset, without bothering the administrator. For more information about this feature, refer to the wiki: [  /wiki/doku.php?id=admin:forgot_password]I forgot my password[/url].
New VLAN object
The VLAN (Virtual LAN) object has been added to the CMDB: use it to group together subnets and interfaces.
Fresh data, always!
All dashboards and shortcuts now have a new option: auto-refresh. Set the duration you want (minimum 5 seconds) and data will automatically refresh periodically.
Make your everyday job easier
One click to select them all: in search forms, the multi-choice fields now have two buttons at the top: "Check all" and "Uncheck all".
Attachments preview: a small tooltip automatically opens to preview the attachments which are of type "image" (gif, jpeg, png, bmp), when the mouse pointer passes over them.
Easier management of tickets relations: manage the relations between parent/child and related tickets as you would do for n:n relations. Easy.
Volume and performance
This version brings significant performance improvements when displaying lists and details of objects. If you manage several thousands of items with iTop, give it a try, you ’ll see a clear difference.
"Bulk" interactive operations to modify, load or delete objects are no longer interrupted by the infamous "maximum execution time" error. The operation may still take some time but will come to a successful end.

How to upgrade?Install iTop into a new directory and run the installation wizard to upgrade to the new version.
