• University degree incomputer science, IT or a related discipline • At least 8 years Java developingexperiences. • Solid working experience on Java, J2EE, database (Oracle ispreferred) • Good understanding of Java MVC model and Web design • Experiencein working in global team environment • Self-motivated and willing to take onnew responsibilities to make the project a success • Good willingness ofcommunication, presentation and negotiation skills in both spoken and writtenEnglish • Financial market background and Agile project experience is preferred
