Job Description

Key Responsibilities: This is a hands-on Team Lead / Project Manager role. Theideal candidate would be adept at understanding customer's business challengesand define appropriate analytics approach to solve. This role would be managinga team and co-ordinate with other teams on a day to day basis to execute alldeliverables.
Manage day to delivery activities and guide team in executing analyticsprojects analyzing large volumes of data.
Study, clean data and recommend actionable root causes of issues.
Write/modify existing SQL queries and pull data from multiple sources and thenapply appropriate analytics techniques to execute analysis.
Be responsible for creating Presentation, reports, dashboards etc to presentthe analysis findings to the end client.
This role requires excellent communication skills. Additionally should possessthe ability to confidently socialize business recommendations and enablecustomer organization to execute such recommendations.

Required Expertise

Should have experience in delivering analytics project across domains(including Retail, CPG, Ecommerce, Media, FSI etc)
Should have strong knowledge of Regression Modeling (including Linear andLogistic), Customer Segmentation, Clustering, Statistical tests, Networkanalysis etc.
Experience with Machine learning techniques will be added advantage
The candidate should have hands on experience with the following: R, SAS &SQL
Strong knowledge of Advanced Analytics Delivery Management processes, tools,onsite-offshore engagement model.
Proven experience of using large data for providing Analytics solutions.
Should have experience in managing analytics project end-to-end and interfacingwith clients to deliver insights and recommendation.

Preferred Expertise

Should possess above par communication and presentation skills and be able towrite insights from analysis findings which in turn can be effectivelycommunicated to the customer.
Must have the proven ability of delivering atleast 2 top qualityprojects/business analysis in high pressure situations on time.
