Job Title: Tutor
Reports To: Tutor Manager
Location: Shenzhen

Purpose of Position
To meet training business financial target and explore & satisfy customers’ needs for training.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
1、To deliver internal and external training to an agreed service level
2、To support the sales process on an ad hoc basis by answering training related queries and generating leads and feed back the later to Sales as required
3、To evaluate customers’ needs and customize the course to meet or exceed customer expectations
4、To update Tutor Manager and other training staff as well information about the market
5、To provide constructive feedback on training products offered
6、To operate in accordance with training process and/or any plans, projects
7、To complete tutor training as required by the Tutor Manager to deliver new training products and services
8、To maintain knowledge of specialist areas and identify self development needs on an on-going basis
9、To maintain training and development competencies across a range of products and services.

Key Measures (or KPIs)
1、Annual delivery days are around 120 days
2、Customer satisfaction rating is supposed to be more than 4.45
3、All courses should be delivered according to time table & in a professional way.
4、Most of courses need to be customized in accordance with customers’ requirements.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
1、At least 4 years experiences in training area. Qualified Tutor of standard course is preferred.
2、Job holder needs to demonstrate ability to meet and exceed business objectives. This may have included coaching and mentoring skills as well as formulation training proposals.
3、Candidate must be comfortable in a strong service environment, with excellent interpersonal and written and general communication skills
4Highly developed communication skills with the ability to effectively persuade and influence others to achieve goals
5、Understanding of development processes, training needs analysis and training evaluation techniques
1、Ability to develop training courses and materials to meet specific aims
2、Strong facilitation & presentation skills are required
3、Self-motivated, independent with effective execution power
4、Computer literate in Word and PowerPoint in particular as well as other packages

Personal Qualities:
1、Sense of urgency for goal achievement
2、Inspired and influenced
3、Persuasive “selling” style
4、Strong commitment to result

Travel frequently within China
