职位描述:
(1)工作职责Responsibility:
1. Account management: the PC/Laptop installation and maintenance. Once find out the H/W issue, the engineer will contact the manufacturer for H/W troubleshooting or replacement.
2. Possess basic desktop networking knowledge (e.g. Ethernet and DHCP).
3. The onsite engineer will be take charge of the generic S/W installation and maintenance, include Office, Windows OS, etc. All kinds of licenses will be provided by Customer.
4. Image installation (installing corporate image on PC’s).
5. Basic troubleshooting to the Printer/Scan etc.: assist the end-user in call for the 3rd party vendor
6. Provide the monthly health check to the Servers/Network devices under the instructions of Customer.
(2)职位要求Qualification:
1. HW and SW trouble shooting on Desktop, Notebook, Printer and Scanner
2. Familiar with windows server configuration/installation such as Active Directory, DHCP
3. Good English skills, at least be able to read, write
4. MCSE, CCNA certification is preferred
5. Familiar with ITIL framework is preferred
6. Used to work at a similar foreign company is preferred
