SAP Solution Analyst-Inbound - Z8
Location: Guangzhou
The position will mainly focus on busienss analysis and system solution delivery in production, production planning, plant maintenance and material management area.It could be SAP or regional ERP application roll out and enhancement projects. This position is part of Business Partnership Team, responsible for regional supply chain system solution deployment for Greater China, Japan, Korea, Thailand and other south east Asia business units.
Main accountabilities
*Business analysis - Work with business partner to indentify system and process enhansement opportunity, define business requirement, evaluate solution options
* System analysis -Translate the business requirement to system specifications. Map the global template /regional/local system solution to business requirement. Work out best fit solution that compliance with the company's system implementation strategy and ensure solutions are consistent across Mars Units.
* Solution implemention- Implement the solution (Design and configure in SAP/other regional applications, work out program development with off-shore team, conduct testing, training, documentation, nurturing activities).
* Project management - Be the functional lead or project manager to participate project planning, controlling, implementation, post implementation phase and and co-work with other IT functional team to deliver the solution together
* Play consultancy role to business for system solution to improve business effectiveness
Requirements
1. University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent major
2. 3-5 years experience in SAP PP or MM project implementation or system support.ITSM
3. Prefer to have at least one full cycle implementation experience of SAP or other ERP system rollout.
4. Good at English (both oral and written)
5. Experience with a global FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) company is desirable but not must required
6.Strong problem solving skills for technical and process related issues. Individual should have consistently shown ability to understand and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring that short and long term solutions are in place.
7.Strong customer-service orientation as this would entail balancing customer needs with standard solution sets. Individual should be able to work out solutions meet customer requirement and compliance with global standard.
8. Good communication, initiative, leadership and interpersonal skills. The role means dealing with end user's, account managers and other IT global organizations.
