IT Analyst
Work in EOC as the single point of contact to provide 24x7x365 SLA based infrastructure monitoring and operational support and services across Sony Mobile globally with responsibilities of monitoring, diagnosis, problem investigation, technical troubleshooting and solutions.
30 Monitoring – monitor global Sony Mobile infrastructure using given tools, identify outages and take counteractive measures
20 Service request fulfillment – Perform the standard service tasks such as creates wireless user account, create/modify DFS share folder and etc by following the given step by step instruction.
20 1st line support for transitioned infrastructure services including windows services, database operations, operational license management, AD services and Linux/Unix servers.
15 WAN outage investigation and escalation to external provider- interact with global provider AT&T to resolve site outages
15 Coordinating DC server hardware fix- coordinating and driving the internal data center support team and hardware supplier to resolve the server hardware issue.
