4.10 RACI 表 流程可能涉及不同的部门与边界,因此流程和工作指南需要映射到角色上,流程的负责人需要进行相应的确认和安排。当某公司开始新的管理流程时,不同的角色需要理解和明确其职责,因此,对于变更管理流程的每一活动都需要明确其与每一角色的管理,其可能的关系如下: 承担(Accountable) 该角色对该活动结果承担责任,确保该活动的完成 负责(Responsible) 该角色负责该活动的具体实施 ITSS考试 咨询(Consult before Implement) 该活动的实施前需要咨询该角色的意见 告知(Inform after Implement) 该活动的结果应该通知该角色
