The same mistake ,which I took two keys away , happened again this morning.It cannot be forgiven.I must find the root cause out.And make an action plan.
1.WHY did I take two keys ?
REPLY:Because I took my girlfriend's either.
2.WHY did I take my girlfriend's key ?
PEPLY: Because I thought it's mine.
3.WHY did I think it is mine ?
REPLY:Because two keys are very similar.When I saw the key was on the desk I thought that's mine.And I didn't check whether it was mine or not,just put it into my bag.
4.WHY didn't I check when I took it ?
REPLY: I was not awre that my key was in my bag.I have no sense to check.

ROOT CAUSE: I didn't check whether the key was mine or not.

ACTION PLAN:
1.Make some difference between two keys so that I can distinguish them easily.
DEADLINE: tonight
2.Always check the key which I take.
DEADLINE:No
