Responsibilities
1. Dynamic communication with a wide variety of support areas within HDPG and external business areas to manage escalation and resolution of problems/ issues, ensuring meaningful and timely communications are issued to users and senior management when individual and global problems occur;
2. Meet the supported users and business areas representatives to understand their IT requirements and develop service standards / procedures accordingly;
3. Housekeeping routines are completed in accordance with IT control procedures. Ensuring operational integrity is maintained at all times;
4. All required documentation is completed, maintained and updated within agreed timescales;

7. Develop teamwork and operate in a consultative manner;
8. Motivate guide and support team members through sharing experiences, knowledge and by timely feedback;
9. Identify self-development and potential within the team and by providing effective coaching and guidance.
Requirements
1. Energy, enthusiasm and commitment to the business unit;
2. Proven communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Chinese;
3. Good people management skill;
4. Ability to remain self-controlled and positive under pressure;
5. Good knowledge on Windows2000/XP/2003, including Active Directory, SMS, HTTP, DHCP, DNS, Cluster and so on. Good demand of application software, including MS Office, SQL Server, Lotus Domino/Notes, Symantec Antivirus software, etc;
6. Holder of MCSE or CCNA is preferable.
