- Lead the management of an automotive CRM membership program system
- Assist Project Manager in regular analysis and development of management reporting
- Manage on-site and off-site dealer/user training for hardware & software
- Lead development of on-site business consulting materials
- Lead development of on-site user training materials
- Monitor dealership program operations and user experience
- Coordinate dealer coaches & dealers to organize training schedule
- Develop dealer training reports and reporting
- Lead client services for dealer training operations
Position II: Manager – DealerHotline & Business Intelligence Job Descriptions:
- Lead the set-up and management of an automotive CRM membership dealer call centre
- Develop the process for In-bound and out-bound dealer/wholesale call centre
- Create call centre script and management materials
- Recruit & train call centre agency and/or in-house agents
- Monitor dealership program operations and user experience
- Develop regular tailored and business intelligence analysis
- Proactive Business intelligence analysis and product optimization consulting
Position I: Manager – DealerOptimization & Training Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ automotive marketing and/or sales experience
- Experience working in an auto consulting firm will receive priority
- Experience in developing or leading dealership sales/after-sales/marketing training is a major plus
- Experience working in an auto dealership is a PLUS
- Strong leadership capabilities, self-motivation
- Experience in consumer apps is a major PLUS
- Excellent sales and communication skills
- Strong analytical and managerial skills
- Fluent English and Mandarin language skills are a MUST
- Candidates with luxury automotive retail management experience will receive priority
