The tasks will include but are not being limited to:
• Monitoring change request queue
• Monitoring incident queue and provide initial customer support
• Implement standard changes within the SLA and with correct quality
• Feedback concerns or observations regarding implemented foundation data to the pod leader or the identified data owner
• Assist the account team in producing and distributing log files from the system
• Provide second opinion on designs and requirements
Skills requirements:
• > 2 years’ experience with BMC Remedy configuration
• Mentor ability and attitude
• Expert knowledge in 2 or more ITSM modules
• Expert knowledge of foundation data and system configuration
• Knowledge of all standard change types
• Complex ITSM troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to track and manage sev1 incidents
• High customer service focus
• Ability to turn requirements into suitable solutions
• Good external and internal communication skills
