Position Title:Network on site support Export service
Department / Functional Area:CIT /CIT Infrastructure Service
Reports to:Leader of Technical Service Solution Team
Work Location:Zhangjiang Data Center, Shanghai
Position Objective:Accountable and responsible for IT network infrastructure design, solution delivery, implementation and project deliverable. Ensure IT network infrastructure system scalability, capacity to be sustainable.
Roles and Responsibilities:1. Provide IT Network infrastructure design, solution delivery, implementation, Documentation.(50%) 2. Provide Network infrastructure capacity planning, configuration management incident management, monitoring management. (30%) 3. Provide Network infrastructure supporting for AIA all branch office, related SSC built/ relocation (10%) 4. Assist Technical solution service expert leader to complete defined tasks assigned. (10%)
Financial and Non-Financial Measures: 1. Complete projects on schedule and under budget with high quality.2. Critical System Availabilities > 99% 3. Comply with company policies and procedures
Communication RequirementsInternal External<Internal> -- 90%1. Service Expert team regular meeting and monthly report2. Cross function communication meeting with other IT teams (Branch IT, Application Sevice, Service deliver) by projects by functions<External > -- 10%1. IT technology seminar or forum 2. Vendor management meeting
Minimum Job Requirements:1. 5+ years related experience in technical support area 2. In depth understanding and practical experience of at least 3 above of technologies including Network (Cisco, F5, Bluecoat, check point, Riverbed, VPN and network security etc), etc.3. Familiar with IPT operation and maintenance management.4. MCSE/CCNP/CCNIE/ITIL/ information security and other related certification is preferred5. Skilled writing and speaking in English
