Project Manager for Management Service Delivery
Responsibilities:Mainly responsible for Managed Service (MS) and Professional Service (PS) project rolloutWork with BDM for the feasibility studies on PC/Network outsourcing projects initiation.Projects initiating and planning, lead project teams during implementation of MS/PS solutionLead the cross functional teams that ensures implementation from service marketing, technical center, channel, parts and operations.Audit and monitor on service delivery, cost and qualityCustomer needs dig-out and relationship managementDevelop and implement project management process to ensure a successful service smoothly delivery in accordance with the defined SLABuilding-up effective team relationships with all cross functionalteams for driving successful project completionAct as an lenovo focal point for the customer relative to both business and technical escalations for OS CUSTOMERSMeasurements:

Qualifications:
Be positive & proactive, would like to take challenges and able to self-motivate. Would interface and work with other groups/ individuals, and can motivate and achieve results through others Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced and demanding environment Good communication and presentation skills, and strong planning and priority-setting abilities Broad knowledge of the IT MS & PS technologies /services categories At least 5 year IT service project delivery & 3 year MS project management experiencesProven IT services project management knowledge, with PMP and ITIL certifications Bachelor degree/equivalent; MBA Preferred Good communication skillsGood command in English language, spoken and written
