－Lead a team of On Site Support engineers；
－Managing of On Site Support services in China；
－Monitor the IT budget for Operations team；
－Monitor user Support tickets and resolve issues；
－Responsible for VIP Support & user Onboarding services；
－Beijing Data Center Manager for On Site Support services scope；
－Proactive and look at improving IT services；
－Participate and drive various services improvement and new IT projects；
－Engage user and business to improve services;
