需要这个人是做IT的,但支持的是业务部门,比如支持研发,支持供应链这些部门,就是从IT的角度,去提供别的部门的效率
提升别的部门的效率要从这些业务单元的角度思考问题,优化IT系统,进而提升这些业务单元的效益

The BRM organization is looking for an additional Business Relationship Manager in Beijing.
The BRM is responsible for managing both company internal relationships, setting clear expectations, championing IT strategy and promoting the value of IT towards the business. With a focus on strategic long-term goals, the BRM represents customer interests and requirements as the customer’s voice within the IT organization. Having the overall company interests in mind the BRM should ensure that IT prioritizes requests, commits to deliveries and delivers according to commitments. The BRM is accountable for customer satisfaction, enabling others in IT to deliver, by providing clarification to the business on IT requests and issues, facilitating communication, and acting as an escalation point. The role will also drive innovation in the way of working in relation to the business functions to achieve higher level of proactivity and to drive implementation of information driven business development.

Job Prerequisites
Minimum 8 years work experience in related area.
Understanding of IT related processes
Experience in leadership role in multi-functional and multi-cultural team
Understanding of business planning and financial modeling/business case development
Strong communication skills
Fluency in English, both orally and written.

1. 30Internal IT customer management. Build and keep good relationships with difference business departments - Sales & Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain Operation, Sourcing, Finance, HR, Legal …in China/APAC.
2. 40 Per business request coordinate with IT internal teams to fulfill IT demands and resolve crucial IT issues.
3. 20 Cooperation with functional BRM. Work together with IT functional BRM who responsible for difference global business function areas on global strategy implementation, global project rollout, annually business request budget define and tracking.
4. 10 Involve in important business initiatives, proactively work as IT solution partner and advisor.

Approaches challenges with creativity, analytical thinking, financial comprehension and critical reasoning; Considers the big picture and both the long- and short-term impact of actions when making choices; Acts as a business partner with customers.
Relationship Development & Management
Develops and maintains connections with key owners, evaluators, and implementers with customers; Leverages those relationships to influence key decision makers and influencers; Develops broad networks and builds/maintains trusting relationships with customers.
