Typically this will include supporting the Applicationand Web server infrastructure and connected supporting technologies. Thisinvolves identifying production / pre-production issues before they occur,working on incidents, problems tickets, service requests and change relatedactivities.The role demands strong technical skills with apro-active focus to ensure maximumuptime of the Web and Application Serverinfrastructure. The role involves working as a member of a global team with afollow the sun model.The role will involve providing 24x7 support aspart of a team rota and some weekend working.
