质量顾问（倾向于QA） Job Requirement1) Functional Competencies:
- Good Skill in process documentation
- Good Skill in auditing, training
- Knowledge of CMMI L5
- Knowledge on various Software life cycle & quality management methodology(CMMI/IPD/Scrum/RUP/lean Sigma/ITIL/PMP)
2) Experience:
- Must have 3+ year experience in software engineering area as developer, tester or business analyzer
- Must have at least 3+ years experience as SQA in a CMM/CMMI Level 3 company
- Must have at least 1+ year experience with process improvement as SEPG/EPG member
- knowledge of project management & software engineering, process improvement
- Knowledge on UML, Testing is preferred
- Experienced on FSI and CME industry is preferred
3) Soft Skills:
- Very good customer communication skills
- Self motivator and fast learner
- Ability of independent and team work with strong drive for results
4) Minimum educational level:
-B.S. Computer Science or equivalent(211 Universities preferred) Job Description
• Setup Quality Management System(QMS) according to customer's characteristic
• Conduct the audit to evaluate the process compliance & effectiveness
• Deliver QA\Quality Supervisor service to customers
• Provide solution support to QO team
• Improve QO team's process
