Qualifications
Essential Skills ：
5 years in IT service managementcould handle daily IT operation and related tasks to meet customer's expectation.
Experienced on tuning the operation workflow and skilled in IT workflow management.
Experienced in Project management and capability to plan and control the project.
Strong skills in ITSM/ITIL
Good negotiation skills; ability to "sell" the chosen solution to stakeholders.
Handson experience on technical implementation (planningidentifying tasksetc)
Good communication and coordination skillsNeed to be able to verbally explain and document planned/completed activities
High tolerance for uncertaintycapability to work independently in a volatile environment.
Desirable Skills：
Experience in team leading and project management
Capable of planning and managing resources and project to the assigned goals from the initiation to the termination
Ability to works with subordinatesother project managersprogram managementline organization and other interest groups to solve problems.
ITIL V3 certification
