2012 ITIL FOUNDATION 考题变化了么

我今日在PeopleCert上面申请 ITIL FOUNDATION 考试的时候，看到以下信息：
As of Jan.2, 2012 ITIL Foundation and Intermediate examinations in English (exclu** MALC) will be based on
the ITIL 2011 syllabuses and ITIL V3 will no longer be available, following the ITIL Official Accreditor’s instructions.
If you have been trained on ITIL V3 and wish to contact your training provider, please click on the Sign Out button now.
If you wish to book your exam, please continue.
请问这是不是以为2012的考试不是以ITIL v3为基准了？ITIL 2011 syllabuses 是新版本的ITIL么？
