请问下在Sercie Strategy 说里说到：Maintaining non-core and under-utilized assets: customers would like to
avoid ownership and control of assets which drain financial resources from
core assets, and those used rarely or sporadically. In such cases the
return on assets is typically low or uncertain, making the investments
risky.
这里的 non-core asset怎么理解呢？ 维护不重要的设备，而降低对core设备的维护和保养？
怎么都理解不通。。。 我明白了因为这些core 设备维护需要成本。。。。等等，在后面能理解了 呵呵，理解很对，是non-core asset会分流core asset 的财务资源
